I highly recommend Kovats school of realty. Kyle is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and very real and down to earth. Everything he taught in class was on the test. I highly recommend going onto his YouTube page and watching the exam review prep. It really helped me big time in passing the exam. Also, knowing the vocabulary is probably the biggest part of the exam. You really habe to focus when taking this course and repetition is key.. The good thing is, u can log in at anytime and access any class for a year which is good.. Good Luck to all!!

Kovats is a perfect prep school that supplies you with the knowledge necessary to pass the NJ state exam. I highly recommend taking this course in order to prepare yourself for the world of Real Estate. Kyle Kovat is one of the instructors and I am glad that he was mine. He breaks done the material and makes it make sense. He is very knowledgeable and does his all to answer any questions regarding Real Estate. The school has day or night classes which make it easy to attend no matter how demanding your schedule can be.

Took the 3 week course online during covid-19 and it was professional and organized. Kyle knows his information and ties in real life examples to make things easy to understand. He responds to emails and questions fast and was a great teacher and made the class fun everyday!

Kyle is a master at teaching real estate. Not only because he understands the material, but because he practices what he preaches and is a full-time real estate agent. I've enjoyed his class very much and would recommend Kyle and his school to anyone thinking about getting into real estate or that just wants to learn about the industry. Kovats Real Estate School is easily the best place to learn any and all things real estate. Kyle Kovats does an amazing job teaching the class all while being one of the states top agents. He provides us with detailed examples as well as his own personal experiences. Anything you may have missed during class, he'll make sure to go over again to help you understand. I honestly enjoyed how comprehendible his examples were, it really made you get the full picture of what you were learning. I really do recommend Kovats Real Estate School to anyone interested in wanting to become a salesperson/broker. Kyle even puts up chapter recaps on youtube so that you never miss a thing! I can't even stress how prepared I feel and how confident/comfortable I am going into the state exam. Kyle's class is not only beyond helpful and educational, but it is SUPER fun. Truthfully wish I took a longer course just because it was just a really cool environment to be a part of and learn from everyday. Thank you so much Kyle !!!
