Anthony from the service department really went above and beyond to accommodate me. With a terrible blizzard on the way I really needed my Land Rover repaired ASAP so my husband and I can could get to work. This car is absolutely amazing in the snow!!! My car was towed late the night before and the very next day I was able to pick up my truck. Anthony was considerate to our situation and really cared. I was so relieved and grateful to have my truck back fast after being repaired and fully inspected. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and a great asset to the dealership.

Our experience at Paramus Land Rover was definitely a 5-Star experience. Our sales consultant, Todd Meyer, was great and a true product specialist. He was very knowledgeable about all of the product offerings that were available at the time and helped us find the best fit for our needs. Todd was extremely responsive and able to work quickly to ensure we received the best customer service and experience. This was my best experience ever buying a vehicle at Land Rover Paramus! Manny, the sales manager and Freddy, my salesperson were amazing not only in finding me the exact vehicle I wanted but gave me a deal I couldn't refuse! Jessie did a great job showing me how to use all of the great new features in the vehicle. John and Mario went overboard doing their best to set up the financial end of the purchase in a professional but friendly way that I really appreciated. I've bought many vehicles from this dealership through the years and can honestly say they are THE BEST! Thank you all for such a great experience. I truly appreciate all you did for me.
Seeing a pattern when the dealership, as every service interaction results in me getting the car with something not right. Dropped car off for a recall, asked to have wheels and tires checked as I was feeling vibration at highway speeds. Was told all 4 rims are bent and would have to be fixed. After a few days got a call back saying the car is ready. Came to pick it up in the evening, and after waiting for nearly 30 minutes to get the car, it pulls up and as soon as I get in, I see it has a warning about low tire pressure. Right rear tire is at 34psi. Normal pressure should be 48! So it's not a little low for to weather, it's dangerously low. After having been serviced and \inspected\. Dealer was closing for the night. I had to go elsewhere to get air.
