Brought yarn. I didn't think they had enough of a variety. But I did find what I wanted. Plenty of parking. Sales clerk very nice.
I visited Michaels of Paramus on March 4 2017. The staff is very nice and they have a good selection of items.
The staff of this location is just so rude and un-observant. Nasty customer service and no one seems to know anything. Don’t bother ordering and picking up in store. I waited about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged the button you press for pick up orders. The store was not even busy and by the time the rude witch, maybe replace thy word lol. Had a nasty attitude and wasn’t very responsive. This is not the first time I encounter an issue at this location. It will however be the last time I go there!
Large store layout but did not find everything I was looking for. Great deals, but again, not much stock on shelves. There was a HUGE line that wrapped around the store but with every register open it went fast.
