We ordered some curtains for our living room from The Shade Store. Amy did an amazing job with our order. There was a small manufacturing defect in our order. They went great lengths to make it right. We really appreciate everything that Amy and The Shade Store did to make sure we were happy. I would definitely recommend them and would work with them again in the future when we redecorate our bedroom.

Marcie was an absolute delight to work with. She had such patience as my client and I explored several different options over the course of at least 6 months. She was very thorough and I loved working with her. Incredibly quick with communication. Looking forward to having her as my go-to person at The Shade Store.
Waited a week for an installer appointment to come to my house. Stayed home from work the morning of appointment, installer did not show or call. Claimed he came by and knocked on door and waited for 2hrs. Find that hard to believe. When I asked him to return in 15 min after appt I was refused. Def gonna pass on using this company.
