I love the look of indoor shutters and decided to stop in at Karen's shop to check out my options! I couldn't have been happier with the attention and service I received. I ended up with white shutters in my MBR bathroom and home office and a custom shade for my kids cape cod window (long and narrow). Within two days of placing my deposit, the installers came to measure and they measured for other windows that need shades. I just had the shades installed and it was 1.2.3... no mess no issue (all competed while I was on a conference call)! If you are in the market for new window treatment I highly recommend White House Designs Hunter Douglas store. Don't be fooled by the store front,.it's a family owned business..and the service is exceptional. I am heading back to shop for a roman shade for my upstairs hallway and a shutter for my powder room.

Needed a replacement Sillhouette motorized shade. Great Staff. Very helpful in exactly matching my new shade to my 15 year old existing shades. From ordering, to installing , the service was flawless. Would definitely recommend and will be back for future needs.
