Following a failure of my 22 year-old furnace, I asked two vendors to quote a replacement unit. Nieboer quoted a lower-cost system, including lower costs for the required labor. The next day, they arrived onsite, broke down the old furnace and ducting, then promptly replaced all of the equipment. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they cleaned up after themselves, and how nicely they reinforced the ventilation for my furnace. They also installed a digital thermostat and cleared away the debris. Notice how they added a holder for the documentation? They also labeled the size and type of filter on the filter housing. That's a very nice, unexpected touch. After using the new furnace for the past week, we've been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the unit is. Nieboer has lived up to my expectations and I am a very satisfied customer.
Luke was fantastic, personable and professional. The team that installed the systems (air conditioning and furnace) were quick, efficient and so kind. Communication was great through the entire process. I would highly recommend.

We were helped by a man named Tony. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He had my central air going in no time and didn't overcharge me or try to talk me into an AC unit. Amazing service. Would be 6 stars if I could. When it comes time for a new central air unit, we will be using them based solely on this experience. Great job guys.
