Their site says they open at 8am. It's now 8:41 and no one there. I've been here for almost 2 hours waiting on the IRS office to let me inside & this is the only coffee house in union station that accepts mobile pay. I understand that this isn't a normal situation, and given the covid regulations there's no where to sit unless you're a buying customer.....so waiting around with nothing to do and no coffee at 8am is not pleasant.

It's a small quaint cafe that's located in the right spot! It has great coffee and a great staff! Everyone is nice and polite! I have no complaints! Keep rocking on and keeping us warm inside and out with the delicious coffee.!

Very good local coffee roaster in the historic environment of Union Station. Parisi was our daily stop during our stay and far better than anything in the Crown Center and just a short walk away through The Link walkway. As others have mentioned it’s a great place to people watch and there’s some great fine dining nearby at Pierpont’s.

beautiful place to sit and sip a coffee by yourself or meet with a group. it’s great people watching and the interior of union station is so dazzling!
