I purchased a new keyboard for my second generation iPad Pro and it arrived promptly. I was excited to put it to work only to find a problem with a number of keys not working. I sent an email to support and was contacted by Mason who asked for a short video of the problem. He was very co-operative and timely. In a day he determined the keyboard was defective and they are sending a new one n/c.

I bought myself a Brydge keyboard for my iPad Pro. My wife had a chrome book just for the ability to type, but it died after a year. I bought her a Brydge keyboard for Christmas and she loves it. Well built keyboard with lots of nice features. Battery life is outstanding.

I buy keyboard cases and now I really want to get my hands on the New Brydge Pro . I really want Brydge to keep on improving and getting more famous to the world. I can’t wait . Brydge products are phenomenal. The fact that they are less expensive than comparable Apple keyboards -- and work better than them -- makes this a premium bargain buy. My iPad pro is now a laptop!

Very difficult to contact customer support. No one answers the phone no matter which option you choose. I had very high hopes for this product. Their response by email asked me if I updated the firmware. There is not a firmware update for the product I ordered. I would assume that customer support would know their own features and devices. Waiting to hear back and see if they respond. beyond the email asking me to "check the problems". Just want a refund for a product that does not work as advertised, has no updates, and is just an expensive power supply at this point.

Horrible customer service. I purchased the keyboard for the iPad Pro 2020 model. First off I was never given any type of tracking for the product. When I did receive it, it had the wrong back for the iPad, it was for the 2018 model, and they are marketing this is a 2020 model. The first time I attempted to put my iPad Pro into the device that holds the iPad Pro, the shim broke off. This is not a good sign. After about a week of attempting to get somebody from customer service to respond to me, finally somebody named Sam emailed me with a code to get a free shim sent to me. That was almost a month ago and nothing has ever been sent out. I have requested at least four times in the last week for a return authorization as I would like to return the keyboard. I cannot deal With horrible customer service and no response to any problems whatsoever. I’d like somebody to reach out to me and give me authorization and my money back and I will gladly send back this keyboard as the quality is bad and the customer service is worse.
