Very bad experience with these people who work in that office are not responsible for their work ... last month they lost my money order and told me to pay the rent again. I made the report to the police until today. I have not received any response from who stole my money order from the office, a very bad experience with these people...

You know, I have given these people about a hundred thousand dollars since I've been here, the last eight years. If you count the one seventy five I've paid for storage it's over a hundred grand. They lost my money order, I stopped payment on it and had the money refunded. Shit happens right. It cost me eighteen dollars to do that so naturally I gave them a new money order that was eighteen dollars less. Would you believe they now want that eighteen dollars back! I think we should start a food drive or something for these poor people cause they sure do need a lot. I don't really know what they do with all the money we give them but apparently after eight years and almost a hundred grand they can't afford a eighteen dollar loss for their own mistake.
I live here. You don't want to live here. The management doesn't care about you. Your sole purpose is to pay rent for the privilege of paying rent again next month. They lost my money order, and had the gall to demand I pay them a second time, after I called and found out that the money order was cashed by them. I called the rent office, the regional office, all the way up to Ed Zeman himself, and NOBODY had the courage to reply, or admit any wrongdoing on the part of the company.
Poor management. Robbin, the manager avoids every problem and never gets back to you. Do not rent from Zeman homes!! Not friendly at all. The homes are so cheaply built with cracks everywhere which allows ants to get in and they do not want to take care of the problem. Biggest mistake ever moving here!!
Friendly people. Handicap addressable, clean quiet area. Don't like to shovel snow though.
