Felix Dowsley

Jackson’s could not have been more accommodating to our group of 8, some of whom were first timers. They were flexible, knowledgeable and laid back. And they refunded unused days for one of our group who was injured and couldn’t ski the last day. Their location by the slopes and valet service made everything so easy. Will definitely use them next time we are in Park City. Look no further.

Stephanie was incredibly knowledgable helping me measure, fit, and size boots and skis. I had no idea my previous boots were 2 sizes too big and caused major shin bruising (novice Intermediate skier). Bailey was also very kind & helpful with refitting my daughter’s boots/bindings. By far the best ski shop we’ve been to! Highly recommend they work with you for equipment to fit your needs.

We can’t rave about Jackson Base Camp enough. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were so kind and helpful with the gear and our personal items. And obviously the great prices is a plus.

Amazing store. Great owner, who is always there. Great trained staff. I’ve been skiing for many years, this was my first time to Park City. Jackson has his employees so well trained. All are polite, ask to help you get in and out of your boots each day. Etc.... products were so good, I ended up buying the pair of boots I had rented. They were nearly brand new. But the price could not be beat. Overall amazing experience! Thank you :)

This place is fantastic. Single, couple, family or groups should call ahead to male sure they have the place setup for you. (They wont chit chat with the previous group if they k ow your coming). Their level of equipment and service is best on the mountain. Its worth the extra set of steps to access the mountain.

Never rent your ski and snowboard from this place. The skis quality are low and they are broken. Also, they are overcharging for the rentals. Super expensive for low quality skis. On top of that, super super rude customer service. Just have one more star for their overnight storage. All together, don’t walk in to this trap.

I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE OF OVERNIGHT VALLEY My boot was wrecked my skis was bad. They changed my skis and it was good. But they didn't change my boots! Which gave me aches on my right foot.
