Stayed here for a couple of days and had no complains. Quick car ride to Main Street and a small walk to the lifts. Would stay here again. Note: the hot tub is small.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have honestly never given a one star rating before. The check in process took over 2 hours. They transfered me between 4 people sending me the wrong room access code multiple times.
I absolutely love this place it is convenient for main street and shopping. it has beautiful surroundings and great food choices right across the street. It is a quiet cozy fun little get away.
Very disappointed; somewhat rundown like a dilapidated college rental. The carpet was stained, thin and filthy. The walls had holes, knicks and scuffs. The toilets ran. Windows were filthy and didn't open. The Ac was a Jerry-rigged nightmare. We used a wooden pole to lock the balcony. Ghetto! Overall, it was dark and run down. Complained but got nothing. Do not stay here. The pics are not accurate! A tent would have been an upgrade.
Incredible location with a hot tub and back exit literally across the street from Park City Resort's parking lot. It is a quick walk up to the mountain to enjoy fresh pow. When leaving from the garage it's a few hundred feet from Park City free shuttle which makes stops every 5-7 minutes. It will take you to DT in minutes.
