I love my primary care doctor, as well as , our pediatrician. However, it takes 40 minutes on the phone to schedule an appointment. You repeatedly get to listen to a recording telling you to make an appointment online. Guess they must have let go of all their scheduling staff. I needed to talk to a human as my child needed an extended appointment for 2 different things.

Doctors are cool but I didn't get prescribed any medicine for my headache nor fever only thing I was told about was getting tested for covid i asked them if it was free i was told yes and yet they still send a billing, plus I had to make my own remedies for my sickness :/

What a billing nightmare! Despite having all the billing information and a workman's comp company ready to pay the bills (claim approved), Park Nicollet just can't get it done. I provided workman's comp info three separate times. My personal insurance was billed. I was personally billed. Ridiculous.

This is a very friendly and courteous Clinic. I was able to see a doctor fairly quickly. Everyone is very professional and helpful. The follow up email that I got was a nice touch. I will definitely come back.
