This is a sham business. I met with a young man named Christian at the new store location on Touhy uabout two months ago. I ordered two refurbished smart phones to replace my wife's phone and my phone. Luckily we received the phones and Christian did a good job of getting them set up for us. We also ordered phone cases for each phone. My wife's was fine but mine did not fit. Christian said he would order a replacement but I never heard back. After numerous text messages he replied he had personal issues and would let the owners know they needed to follow up. There was no response. Calls to their business number went to voicemail and were never returned. Their new store on Touhy has been closed for several months. If they do ever reopen be very wary. It

Christian helped me build a new computer, and had a number of ideas to ensure top of the line performance without top of the line cost. He's an affable and knowledgeable guy, and even followed up to ensure all was as it should be. Highly recommended for any computer issues you may have.
Needed to get my sisters computer updated and cleaned up. Very nice gentlemen was very helpful and explained in detail what they do. Felt very comfortable leaving the computer in his hands to get it working properly again. It was done in a day and they kept in contact with me. Cost was reasonable and did not break the bank. They have the cutest, smallest office. Will definitely use there services again.
Fast reliable service! I own a business and my business line is my cell phone. My phone screen cracked and I had no time to go anywhere as I was tied down in my office. Dimitri went out of his way to pick up my phone, fix it and then drop it off so I didn't even have to leave my office! All this only took less than an hour, and I had a repaired new phone screen. Exceptional service! I would highly recommend Alpha One in Park Ridge.
I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to have the battery replaced in my iPhone. Dimitri was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. My phone is back to its old self! :) I will be recommending Alpha One Technologies to all of my family and friends.
