As I shopped around for an auto policy, I was faced with robots, confusion and inevitable hopelessness. Upon accepting my failed attempt to obtain coverage, I received thee most warm and friendly call from this local office, greeted by a gentleman named Robert. He presented me with numerous options, explained in a way that was very easy to understand. He was honest, thorough, full of knowledge and made it so easy to figure out the best option tailored to my individual needs.
