I can say if you are looking for a reputable reliable local IT provider FasTechs has never let me down
These people did some work for my 82 year old widowed mother. Despite my repeated requests that they work directly with me, they went to my mothers house with an off brand computer and a 7 year old monitor (I had told them I had a new I could give her) and charged her 678.00. When I found out that they went behind my back, they refused to discuss the invoices with me, continued to contact my mother and refused to return the old computer and allegedly defective motherboard. Avoid this company at all costs; they take advantage of people who lack computer skills. Unless you feel that scamming elderly women is heroic.
I have been using Fastechs for years. They have always been helpful with my home computer needs. Recently I contacted Fastechs to ask for advice on a computer for my son who is going away to school in the fall. I was able to speak with a technician who was able to find a great unit for college. Not only did they assist me with a great unit, but they also transferred all data from my son's existing laptop and they were able to set the computer up with an antivirus and even an automatic backup. I was also able to get discount off labor thanks to their referral program. Fastechs has been my source for anything technology related for years and will be for years to come!
