I come here religiously to see Tiffany at the Spa, I've been her client for 2 years now and love her. She is amazing at giving facials, I call them her \magical fingers\. So sweet, friendly and makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you see her, very professional. She is very knowledgeable about the skin and suggests what kind of products I should use for my skin type. I tell all my friends to come see her and I also brought my mom and she loved it! We are definitely going to be life long clients.

Always clean. I’ve never seen the locker room anything other than pristine. Super friendly staff. Very strict Covid precautions. Enough equipment that, even during non-Covid times, there is never a wait.

I enjoy everything about this place, from the plethora of options in fitness equipment to the heated yoga studio. ESPECIALLY Tiffany at the Spa. My skin has gone to a complete glow up since I’ve been seeing her and she does all of my waxing too! Super friendly, attentive and flexible. Even if you don’t have a membership you can still have full access to the spa, highly recommend!

Corona super-spreader location; well over safe capacity with fitness floor at 1 person / square meter during peak hours; quarter of the guests don’t cover the nose, and 1 in 50 don’t wear a mask at all. Not to mention, many folk are red faced, spray ejecting micro droplets while lifting weights or acting out martial arts fantasies. Otherwise a nice gym! Very polite front desk staff, clean locker rooms, awesome bar. Pool could HIGHLY benefit from a shower in the pool hall for pre-washing and direct access to locker rooms.
