This was probably the worst experience I’ve had in a while with a salon. First off before the appointment there was trouble with booking on the website. Was coming in with my friend and wanted to make sure we were coming at the same time. There’s a feature that allows you to book two services at the same time for two people. If you want people to book separately change the website and don’t give the customers attitude. Then comes the appointment and I show the stylist what I want. I knew it was already going to be a process and she couldn’t do exactly what I wanted. But I’m so disgusted by my hair that I have to spend a ton more money on a better salon to fix the damage that was done. Not to mention my friend also had a horrible experience and hates her hair as well. Worst place we have ever been to! Wish I could get a refund. Never should have paid for this awful service.

I am am never disappointed and this time especially since it was my first haircut since before the lockdown.
