Miscommunication that was finally resolved with the store reaching out to me after posting a review with low marks and submitting a request to corporate. Thank you for finally explaining and resolving the issue around reimbursement. Keeping at 4 stars as it took way more effort than needed to finally receive an answer. If I may humbly recommend, it would be infinitely more helpful if all parts of the transaction would be listed in a receipt. Weeks of back and forth and frustration could have been avoided.

The Park Ridge Mattress Firm store assisted me with my shopping needs. The manager showed me a mattress that met my requirements and it was on sale. Also, he explained each aspect of my purchase and the delivery options. I am extremely pleased with my in-store experience and would recommend this store for people buying a mattress
My experience at Mattress Firm was very good. Randy was patient and provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain the differences in several mattresses. Overall, my experience with Matress Firm was a positive one. I plan to use Mattress Firm again in the future!
The man who greeted me at the door was a gentlemen the way he spoke and explained to me about wearing a mask in the store. He was very thorough as far as knowing all the products and showing me all the different options in regards to What I was looking for, on behalf of my wife was battling cancer right now. I would gladly go back to that store and purchased other products and I would surely recommend anybody who I knew you needed something of that nature to that store
