My doctor sent a refill order for my med. When I picked it up, I was charged 5 times more than what I paid for it previously. When I asked the tech, she was abrupt and short in answers. It turned out that the prescription was supposed to be transferred to my mail order pharmacy and they did not do it nor did they inform me. I had to pay for the costly refill because I will run out of med if I wait for the mail order. This shouldn’t have happened if they did what they were supposed to do. The rudeness of the staffs and the manner they handled this a manifestation of their total disregard for customers’ well- being.

The pharmacist here is rude. He’s lucky I didn’t pulling him over the counter with his stupid glasses! It’s okay to think your special but have some empathy and customer service. Pharmacist’s are legitimate drug dealers. Wearing scrubs makes them feel like their in the medical field.
This is still my favorite Walgreen's. I have had some issues with brand medication (refilled monthly)not being stocked but generally if I call for the refill a couple of days early and speak to the staff my results are great. The rest of the staff have always been friendly and quick.
I went to this Walgreens pharmacy earlier today to ask the pharmacist if she could recommend something for my cold, I told her I had already taken Allegra and alleve but was hoping she could recommend something in addition since I still had symptoms. She rudely told me no and to go see a doctor. Not half an hour later my dad went to the same pharmacy and spoke to the same pharmacist, told her exactly what I told her and she went out of her way to help him, even walked him over to where the medicine was in the store. I'm not sure what I did to rub her the wrong way or if she profiled me as Hispanic (my dad is Italian) but her behavior was unacceptable. The pharmacy tech working was nice and professional.
