Great experience. Shoutout to Shayla and Eric for all their help making sure we had a great experience. Called a couple weeks prior to our arrival to reserve two jet skis, Shayla was very pleasant, patient and helpful on the phone and in person when she got us through the paperwork. Price was very reasonable. We ran the jet skis long and hard and they ran beautifully and fast! We were headed back to return them and my fuel was low so I put in a couple gallons and like a dummy dropped the gas cap into the river! I didn't want to get water in the gas tank so I called Shayla, she sent Eric to pick us up at the gas station. He got there fast and gave us the same excellent customer service Shayla did. Would definitely recommend these guys and will rent there again.

I am a bit late with my review, but Shayla was so good to us I could not take the time to share with others. We rented a pontoon boat in late June to take out for a half day. Everything was smooth sailing from the drop off, to the launch, being on the water and the pick up. Shayla even ran back quickly to get us a better life vest after launching us. It was a perfect day on the water and not having to deal with any hassles made it even better. Definitely recommend and will be renting again from Get Wet the next time we are in town.
Terrible experience. The owner is a crook. Charged us for things we didn’t break and he hung up on me when I called him. He also told me “good luck suing me in Arizona” cuz he knows I’m from out of state. Make sure to ask them about their “rescue fee”. Basically if their boat breaks and they come to help you it’s a 250 charge. They do this for leverage so that when you inevitably complain they will say “well we didn’t charge you the rescue fee” Steer clear of this place. The lady who works the counter is nice though.
The lady who helped was very pleasant. The returning of the watercrafts were extremely easy. We also were trying to get rentals all weekend and everything was completely booked, I think we got lucky and got a cancellation. Also their prices were very fair especially compared to some of the other outrageous prices we received. Would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for helping make our weekend great
Loved the rental..had fun with the kids and docked at our resort Emerald Cove. Always Get Wet for our river needs ha...thanks guys!
