Today I went with my daughter and my grandchildren to their swimming lessons. My daughter was told only one person was able to come in with the kids. That’s fine if that is applied to everyone. In the same class my grandson was in both parents were there how is that okay and I was not?!?!

I love the classes here. It is clean. Staff is friendly. However their cardio equipment selection is weak and always crowded. They only have 2 fully functional elipiticals, which are a very popular machine. They don't listen to feedback and say they have other machines that are \similar\ those machines are not similar and hurt your knees and feet. I can never get on the elliptical because there is always someone on it for longer than 30 to 60 mins and they don't use the proper one with or without the arm movement function. They need to expand their cardio machine options for the amount of members they have signed up at this facility. It appears they are not equip for the growth of Parker and requests and need of the long time members.

Some front desk staff are nice, but someone who the frontdesk asked for a question, are not as pleasant.

The facility itself is great, but the staff completly kill it. The front desk staff never understand basic questions, they can't answer anything you ask, they don't understand how to operate thier computer system, can't fix thier mistakes, don't know what is happening when, who to ask, dosent matter who you get what you ask, it never ever pans out, they can't set anything up, correct thier own mistakes nothing. If they fired everyone and started over with new properly trained staff this place would be great as it stands right now they may as well give up on ever being anything more than a gigantic failure. It shouldn't take 4 calls and 2 hours on the internet to schedual as basic pool time. Pathetic.
