Great care! I've been using Dr. Fahey for 30 years as my primary care doc. She has earned my trust and confidence, and I've found her to be very responsive. I don't need fancy offices or sophisticated nurses. I just want exceptional care when I need it.

Was there for 2 hours To begin I filled out all paperwork required and turned it in within 10 mins of being there, after 45 min I am asked if I have my paperwork (they sat it as side and didn't remember) and after two hours once they had me in the room decided to let me know they don't take my insurance. Was so upset!! That should be one of the first thing the reception should make sure of and if they have new people have someone with them that knows wasted 2 1/2 hrs with my daughter being sick. Very very bad service.

When the women first opened their own office they seemed to care a lot about patients. Now it is all about billing. Getting through to a real person is almost impossible, and they say they'll call back in 24 hours but I've waited over a week several times. I've gotten a checkup for a prescription refill that normally is good for 1 year, only to find out they only called in 3 months. When I call to ask about that, I need to make an appt, just to ask the doctor about it (and pay for another visit) I went on the patient portal one day to cancel an appt because I was stuck overseas due to weather, and didn't want to call from Europe and hold, only to get a reply back that they don't do that, I needed to call the front desk. Really? I sent in a records request for my new doctor and called last week to make sure it was received, still no call back. I finally pressed the option for \pay your bill\ and got a real person that way. It took a lot for me to change, because I used to like my doctor and had been going there since they opened, but the concept of serving the patient (customer) has been lost at this office.
