Went here for our 27th wedding anniversary. It was a snowy cold day, but they stayed open. There's a lot of food to pick from. I had the NY Strip that I cooked on a Volcanic Hot Rock they bring out. My wife had the "Build Your Own Bonanza" which also used the Volcanic Hot Rock to cook her two Jumbo Sea Scallops and 6 oz. Ahi Tuna. We had a bottle of Zinfandel. The meal was very good, and we enjoyed the ambience. I'm sure we will go here again.

Absolutely wonderful night started rocky but finish fantastic. Started with crab cakes that I'm sorry to say tasted like tuna fish. Not bad flavor but truly I would have sworn it was canned tuna and would not order again. Next game "Swiss onion soup" as a huge French onion soup fan I have to say by far this is my favorite version ever The soup alone would keep me coming back. Next we had the Salmon and Prime Rib entrees with a side of braised spinach, jalapeno mash potatoes, everything was perfectly prepared. Great flavors and portions. Topped off the night with cheesecake that was very good. Through out dinner we tried almost every drink on the specialty menu. Favourites..gin and strawberry drink or the game changer (sort of a mint pineapple mojito). All in all a wonderful dinner but the best aspect of all was our waiter Mason. He was so very polite and never left us waiting too long but also didn't hover which I loved. My only regret I had a 15%off coun but forgot to use. Thank you for a great evening.

This place is absolutely one of the tastiest place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I come there I am exceedingly happy. They always keep their high level service and the highest level of food they provide. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Very recommended.

Trappers has always been one of my favorite go tos for a wonderful dinner or to just hang out at their bar. The food is always amazing and the service is top notch. You won’t find a staff who genuinely cares more than this one! The restaurant manager Hailey has always treated us like family and the team she has built does the same. Her bartenders and servers love what they do and it shows!

We had not tried Trappers Chop House in a couple of years so we gave it a try. What a great experience! The atmosphere was very relaxing, the service was friendly and attentive and the food was fabulous. We loved it and will definitely be back again. I have no complaints of any kind.

Went for breakfast. Had a hard time finding a menu online so I posted a photo. We’ve been several times for dinner and this place is usually 4 stars. Not today. They were not very busy, but apparently more than they could handle. Should have known it wasn’t going to go well when our waitress said it would be a while for service indicating the half empty restaurant space. Food when it finally came out was not hot. I would probably give the food 2.5 stars. Good omelette. Good skillet. Under seasoned. Juice is not fresh squeezed. Food arrived 50 mins after we ordered and server checked on us one time during that span. She was otherwise not present. Excuses were plenty. Apologies were few. On the plus side they comped the whole meal.

Beautiful atmosphere. The volcanic hot rock experience was fun for my kid to cook his own steak at the table, but I will pass on having to cook my own dinner at this restaurant moving forward. It just takes too long when not everyone at the table is doing it.
