Excellent service. I needed a pest inspection for a new home purchase. Ryan was able to get my pest inspection scheduled quickly. I received the invoice and report the same day! Ryan came highly recommended to me from friends/family who have used his service.
Ryan's integrity and honesty just saved me thousands! We thought we had early signs of a bed bug problem. A local competitor inspected the molts we had collected as evidence and recommended that I spend thousands of dollars on treatment. After a quick conversation with Elite Pest Management and sending some pictures for inspection, I learned that the competitor's treatment recommendation was unnecessarily expensive for my particular situation and that the molts we collected were actually not bed bugs at all! Ryan's 30 years of experience helped him to quickly identify them as carpet beetle larva, which he told me how to treat and kindly offered his services if needed. I will certainly make Elite Pest Management my first call if needed in the future. Thanks again Ryan!
