This place is complete scam. As soon as you parked, there is a person in the parking spot harassing you to pay for the parking. As soon as you approach the machine to pay, he asks you if you are paying in cash or credit card. I made the big mistake of saying cash, therefore, he went ahead an put a ticket in the windshield wiper after I paid him 10 dollars, wish seemed pricey, but since the parking spot is in downtown (In Waffle-House), I did not think more of it. After a 20 minute walk around centennial park, we came back to the car to see that there are two boots on our cars. The person who was putting the boots on the cars was still there, we asked him about the ticket that we had paid for. He clearly seemed not to care about what we were saying. He wanted the full 75 dollars to take the boots off. It was clear that he most probably know the other person who we gave the 10 dollars (from the way that he reacted). Worst experience ever. Do not park here, unless you are paying the machine directly. There is a sign that says many rules, not of them tell you that someone might scam you.

This place used to be my monthly parking spot. Well not anymore. Don’t use this place either for monthly or daily parking.

Beware of this lot. Men in the lot claim to work there as you pull in, they ask for money when you get out of the car. Did not see signs posted much farther back on the lot saying it's unattended and don't give anybody money. We were there 45 minutes and because we hadn't paid through the machine in the back corner of the lot, BAM- got double booted and a 75 fine. Scam operators.

We parked here for three hours and someone broke into our car and took my husband's bag. Despite our loss of a bag, laptop, and iPad, the employee and the owner didn't take responsibility and showed carelessness about our loss. There was nobody watching until 4pm. There are no cameras (as reported by management), and no large signs warning tourists of the high crime volume. Please be careful parking here and remove all belongings. Not worth the 20.

Parking is 2 for the first hour and 20 minutes. Then it's 2 for every 20 minutes after that with a maximum cost of 15 for the day. Not bad and really close to a lot of attractions.
