What a cute place! We had a going away party for a friend here and it was just so lovely! You don't normally see places like this and for me it was a 30-40 minute drive, but well worth it. Everyone who served us here were helpful and polite. The vanilla tea was divine, and I loved that they had hats and accessories to dress up for the occasion!

What a lovely experience! I had my daughter's bridal shower here. The ambiance is charming, the food and the service were excellent and the owner is so pleasant. I highly recommend it!

The Tea Parlor is a lovely Victorian style restaurant. The staff is gracious and very attentive. The food/menu is extremely expensive and the food SUCKS and is disgusting. I won't go into it, but do yourself a favor. If you do go, just order deserts Never again" I gave two stars for ambiance and service
I visited this place while looking for a venue for my baby shower and thought it was nice. However, I wanted to do some more research before I committed. After realizing that it was the closest to my house I decided to go with them. I called them twice on Monday and left a message, then once on Tuesday, and they only returned my calls on Wednesday morning. Needless to say, the lady or "manager" Lia was not very nice. She was rushed and in a hurry and informed me that she is the only one there and just trying to answer calls and do everything. Then when it came to the day and time I wanted, she informed me that she would have to close two sittings for me and that they only served two types of tea at high tea for the party and she was very rude, she got loud with me because I said I'm not happy with the fact that they only served two teas. She promptly informed me that that's they way it has always been done and that there's nothing she could do about it (still in her rude voice) and getting loud with me. She also, was in a rush to get me off the phone. I asked to speak to someone above her and she said there was no one else I could speak with (watch out I will find out who the owners are and let them know about her). When I told her I would have to think about it, she rushed and said no problem and hung up on me! Needless to say after that treatment just because I wanted to book the establishment for a party and she acted like she was doing me a favor, I will NEVER EVER go back there again! Please do yourself a favor and dont go there for ANYTHING unless you do exactly as they say and dont ask any questions! She was very annoyed that I called.
