Lennar must be the worst builder in all of Florida. Unfortunately we did not know this when we bought the house. After a \high pressure\ closing, we discovered numerous issues with the house. Leaking thresholds, broken tiles, missing thresholds, areas that were never painted, and ridiculous cabinets. The worst item is the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Including in the price of the house, was a 7500 cabinet upgrade. This would make you think that you are getting extraordinary good cabinets. Think again...... The cabinets on this inside of the drawers, had numerous holes drilled, which were then covered with stickers. After complaining and the Lennar representative promising to replace the drawer fronts, they have still not replaced them, and I am now being told that this is just the way the cabinets are. This is unacceptable on top of that 7500 cabinet upgrade. I strongly suggest to anyone looking to buy in Cascata at Miralago in Parkland that you pay very close attention to detail, because Lennar delivers just plain shoddy and cheap work, and you will not get what you are paying for.

BUYER BEWARE! Notice how all the reviews prior to ones with homeowners comments are all 5 stars?! think again. Our 6 month old “luxury” home is far from that. leaks, water coming through the walls and water coming in underneath tiles on first floor. Oversaturated sideyard that is now destroying the foundation and causing MOLD. 100s of homeowners in Cascata are experiencing this problem and Lennar refuses to do anything about it They run a Ponzi scheme. You get assigned a rep that will at best answers some texts and possibly come out once or twice to “look” at the issue and promise they will repair only to never return and then they send all your calls to voicemail and never respond. Lennar changes reps on you every week. We have had at least 6 reps and no one knows what’s going on. You have to complain to city of parkland to try to get anything done on your home while it’s under warranty. Worst customer service from any company I’ve ever dealt with. Their system to input work orders is garbage. They have no clue what tickets are opened or closed and have asked us numerous times to confirm because they haven’t the slightest idea! Home looks pretty on outside but it is shoddy work. They hire amateur workers to build the house . They don’t seal the AC units causing mold in peoples homes! HUGE problem. Tiles that are layed incorrectly , and now leaks everywhere all over first floor coming through the the walls. So many owners with the same major major issues. If you want to complain every day to city of parkland and Lennar about what is wrong with your brand new LUXURY HOME ESTATE (as they advertise) rather than enjoy it after paying a ton for it then buy here. Otherwise buy from GL HOMES. Our last home was built by GL homes lived in it for over 5 years without ONE SINGLE ISSUE!
