Making a move from Atlanta to lady lake with only a weeks notice is not easy but Linda was a peach. She literally made the process so easy and seamless. Since we were not able to make it down to see the apartment she was able to accommodate us and do a FaceTime call tour of not only the apartment but the entire complex! Linda went above and beyond to help us. It help that park side is such a beautiful and modern community. We made the perfect choice!!

Linda was exceptional throughout the entire leasing process and Charles was helpful, as well. Very patient, knowledgeable and even pretended not to notice my knuckleheadedness on multiple occasions. It's a very nice apartment with great features which, where I just moved from, would go for a whole lot more than they're charging at Parkside. Happy to be here. Thanks!
Amazing...new and beautiful apartment home. Claudia went above and beyond to make Patricia's move from California to Florida a very smooth transition. Claudia's staff Linda and Charles are knowledgeable, warm and welcoming as well. The apartment is beautiful with quality construction and high-end finishes. The grounds and pool are fabulous and secure. Location, location, location everything you could want or need from grocery stores, restaurants, banks, department stores, and medical facilities are close by. All the conveniences of being surrounded by The Villages lifestyle right here in Lady Lady, Florida.
We just moved my grandfather into a 2-bedroom at Parkside, and Linda was more than happy to allow our family to come in for a walk-through. She toured us around herself and put in work orders for anything we noticed that needed fixing up before Grandpa moved in! It’s a beautiful, modern space. They take care of all of the upkeep, remove the trash from the doorstep 5 days a week, and have a secure, automated system for mail and packages. I’m so impressed with how well they take care of him and the personal attention of those who work onsite. Every single maintenance man we passed greeted us kindly. And what a beautiful park with ancient live oaks! I can’t wait to come visit and stay with him!
We have lived here for a month and so far everything has been wonderful. Touring with Linda was an amazing experience. Linda is very knowledgable about the community and was able to help us find the perfect home. Ask for Linda!
Linda, the neighborhood, location and “newness” are all lovely but when I call maintenance at 5pm on Saturday and am told that the pipes rattling like a jack-hammer is not an emergency and I need to wait until Monday morning - I’ll have to say that you lost me on the follow through....good luck getting any sleep for my son and I for next 40 hours ....wish I could add the video so you could understand how loud this is and my son has sensory challenges. Can’t even pay for my own plumber because he can’t access anything......can we RE-look at the definition of emergency? I can’t be the only unit that is hearing this noise....
Really great customer service. Linda was so sweet and was very patient with us with all the questions we had, very impressed with how professional she was. The apartments are absolutely stunning as well and the complex seems very quiet and family friendly.
