New owners within last couple of months. They are very unprofessional in their transition!! Previous owners were wonderful and I had been staying there for many years. We had a reservation for next month August 10, 2020 and gave credit card but we were told card would not be charged until we check in. We had called to cancel last month and the Parkside Motel phone number was disconnected with no reference to a new phone number!! Last week the credit card was charged one month prior to check-in date at a much higher rate! We called the number given on details of the charge to get charge reversed and told them this was unacceptable. They need to put new phone number on recording of disconnection. We did get the charge reversed today but phone number from online is still disconnected! Just a warning. The employee who reversed our charge was very polite (Karen).

Great ma and pop motel. Very clean cabin style rooms. I have been staying here for 10 years. The owners are some of the nicest people you will meet. I will miss them when they sell it

Was a great Motel when I have stayed there in the past. It looks like they had new owners, but, just tried calling and number is disconnected. They must be closed for good.

Owners are super!! We stayed there when our house burned down and every day they came to our room to see how we were doing. They were so helpful and our room was gorgeous! Extremely clean!

Really friendly staff. Great Prices. Very cozy rooms. Marliss and Jeff took good care of us and made sure that the room was always clean. My family and I travel up here two or three times a year and we always look forward to the trip.

Will deffinately be back! Very friendly owners clean large rooms. There is wifi that i didnt see till i was leaving... Password on the desk as you walk into your room. I hardly heard the traffic from hwy51 in the room. The bar pub just north of the hotel within walking distance is very good as well

Very clean room with a cabin like feel. Absolutely beautiful scenery, and the owners are very friendly people.
