I needed a new tire in a hurry. They made a special trip to find the right size and installed it on my car in less than 1 1/2 hours. I was so appreciative! There were 2 other customers picking up their cars as I waited, and they also seemed pleased with the work that was done and the cost. I will definitely call them the next time I need a car repair.

My vehicle overheated after leaving their shop. The owner was rude and not at all sympathetic or willing to make things right. She told me to drive it back in! (with no coolant in the radiator)which they had drained. They informed me it was replaced and that it was just an \air bubble\ that was pushed to the thermostat causing it to malfunction which is typical. The mechanic whom came to my aid while broken down on the side of the road was comforting, apologetic and sympathetic. The owner again was completely unprofessional. After the (2 gallons of coolant) \bubble\ was filled the owner told me it was normal and expected once again. I suggest taking your business to someone who cares about the safety of your family and the investment of your vehicle.
