Worst place to live. My car has never been broken into until I moved here and it happened 3 times already. Gates are never closed so people are roaming in and out. Once a week someone is knocking on my door to solicit me things I don't need. High crime rate area. Don't move to the front by the office cause there is a pump there that is constantly failing and will keep you up at night causing the worst sound ever. Online bill pay never works. I could keep going on with the cons about living here but I have better things to do.
I love it here ! I’ve been here for about 4 years now going on 5 and I couldn’t be any more pleased. The manager and assistant manager are the best! They get everything done in a timely manner. The maintenance team is incredible! They get all Of my requests done fast. I highly recommend these apartments they are reasonable on prices and perfect layouts for all family.
I have lived here for 4 months now and wanted to wait to write my review so i can get a feel of everything first. I just wanted to say I love were i live! The complex is always clean nice and quite. All the ladies are super helpful nice respectful and very knowledgeable making my move in process run smoothly. My maintenance requests were met in a timely manner the maintenance team did a great job and super nice and respectful! I love how management try and gather the community together by planning BBQs, food trucks and stuff for the kids for holidays \u003c3 They truly care about there residents and i made a great choice in moving here. Thank you for all the Parkwood staff for making this a fabulous place to live \u003c3
I would like to share our experience at Parkwood. We get to move in the week! The young girls in the office, Kimberly and Perla were so nice, proffesional, patient with us, helping us with all our questions and concerns.. We also got a great move in special!! So Excited. Thank you guys very much.
