Shattered my back glass and my front windshield had a significant crack that I had been ignoring. I did my homework and Autoglass Now was, as advertised, 50% the cost of the competitors. I thought this was good to be true. I asked to make an appointment and verified they had the glass in stock. I got there 2 hours late and they were still able to squeeze me in. I looked over the terms and pricing and everything was appropriate. The service was quick and of quality. I recommend Auto Glass Now and will be using them in the future.

This place is awesome! I had no idea what to expect, but one phone call and I had all the information I needed, an appointment that worked for my schedule, and an estimate that included taxes (which is exactly what I paid). Appointment went perfectly, and needless to say, if I ever need the services again, I am coming back here! Staff were so kind and friendly, feels like you are family. Added bonus- they were half the cost of the other big name.

They had the best price, so I bought it. They told me the glass would be there Friday, I went there and waited and it was not there. They said they would order it and give me a discount. I talked to them a total of 4 times more, and each time they told me it would be in and that I should come over. It was not. It finally showed up Monday afternoon. They told me they would call to tell me when it was in, and they did not. The discount was only 15 for all that extra time and aggravation. They told me it would be 1.5 hours, it was 2 hours for everyone I saw there, maybe longer. They don't want credit card but don't tell you until you get there, they want you to pay cash or use your debit card. While I was there for 2 hours they also had another person that that called and they did not have their glass yet. Their excuse \I have to order it from the manufacturer\. I work with glass from manufacturers - and I know it takes weeks to get from a manufacturer. I think their ordering and procedures just aren't very good. If you buy from them BE SURE TO CALL BEFORE GOING OVER. And don't believe them when they say it will be there. Ask them to check if it actually came in and is actually there. They called me back the next day and told me they undercharged me, giving me a 50 discount instead of 15 and they were going to make the employee pay it. So I had to pay it. It looks to me like there are 2 new large deep dings in my car that weren't there when I came in. TAKE PICTURES of our car before giving them the keys. CHECK YOUR CAR ON THE WAY OUT BEFORE LEAVING. In my case, I just wanted out of there. My car is from 2006 and has lots of small dings, so I didn't complain. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING A NEW CAR HERE. IF TIME IS MONEY, THE COMPETITOR IS LESS EXPENSIVE.

Called around and this place had the best price for my windshield with the F-150 logo in the middle. Called and Tammy set the appointment for the same day. I had a funny feeling based on the content of some of the reviews that I read. Sure, the ratings reflect well, but the content of the bad reviews stuck out. I asked Mike (I believe that was Mike) about the reviews. He stated most bad reviews are because they don't like him. Well I see why. After installing my windshield, I asked the installer about uneven glue around the border. He assured me it would not leak. But the job was sloppy still. I also noticed the same on the inside of the windshield. Most importantly, my rear view mirror was so loose it felt like I could pull it off. I asked him about it. He said that happens with all Ford cars. He came out to look at it and said himself \thats to loose\. He told me to he would call me the next day when he had a solution for it. I called the next day around noon and someone told me he would call back when he had a solution. I asked if that meant today and he said yes. Needless to say I haven't heard from them. The second this company gets your money your relationship with them is over. I called two other glass companies and both have stated they have no issues with broken Ford broken rear view mirrors after install. I should have went with my gut and gone somewhere else. Now I have thin pieces of plastic trying to hold my mirror still which shakes violently when I drive. Save yourself the headache and please go somewhere else for your glass needs. The initial great customer service you will get is a sham. *Updated- I filed a complaint with the BBB on 5/9/17. The company responded on 5/15/17 that they would reach out to me to repair. They have never done so.
