I feel like the food could have at least been warmed up. Why is the brisket cold. Only things warm were the sides.

It has been a while since I’ve ate here and I’m going from 4 to 5 stars because the food was so delicious this time around . That beef brisket was perfect, and Mac and cheese yummy . Ribs super tender and appreciate the fact they tore most of that membrane off the back of the bones a must for any cook.Bbq beans super yummy and they threw me some pickles and raw onion on the side which they ask so folks can stay back during pandemic lol ! Kassidy and Will took care of us super nice we appreciate the hospitality. If I changed anything it would be the slaw it’s a little on the dryer side to me but that is my preference. Clean organized restaurant!
Portions are small. The brisket and pork have zero flavor and were both very fatty. Mac & Cheese looks like frozen Stouffers and for the price, it’s highly over rated. For a chain, you’d think they’d actually know what they are doing. 2/10 do not recommend. Ever. I’d rather have Taco Bell.
Great place, delicious food. Service is minimal and for 1st time customers impacts the experience. Had to inquire about the fundraising component cashier wasn't fully aware. We'd return for the food; but there are still questions looming about the options.
It smells like a barbecue pit in here! Would totally come back for more. Fast and friendly service, clean dining area, good prices. The ribs were smokey and tender, even better when paired with the Dickey’s classic sauce. Glad to see they had unsweetened iced tea as a drink option. Finally, there’s free ice cream! It was vanilla, but tasted like there were some other delicious notes in there as well.
