Gearbox is awesome! Very knowledgeable and incredible customer service. I purchased a used dell laptop from them, had a fluke issue with the screen, they fixed it and gave me a loaner laptop to use while they fixed it. They stand behind their work and went out of their way to help me out. I would recommend gearbox computers to anyone. They are great!! Thanks again.

Maria and Paul were great! Lingering issue with our laptop, they had it diagnosed and corrected in a day. The big box store we brought it to before visiting Gear Box said it would be a week minimum before we could get it back. Paul gave me a full understandable explanation of the problem and gave some advice on how to prevent further issues. It was a great experience working with Gear Box and I will be coming back with any other computer problems. Glad to be supporting our local businesses!!

Took my laptop to be repaired. Maria and Paul are so friendly and knowledgeable. My computer could not be repaired. Maria was so nice to give me much needed advice on buying a new computer and what to look for. I would highly recommend Gear Box Computers.

If I could give a store a negative review I would. Man in the store was rude and condescending. Ranted about modern laptops having bad hinge designs. He then didn't want to repair my laptop because it could break in the future because it was a bad design and was afraid of a bad review. Staff was rude and incompetent. Suggested I replace my laptop for cracked plastic at the hinge. Avoid this store at all cost.
