I used Andy on Call to get some painting projects done around the house. Joe was very nice and got the work done quickly. I will definitely be hiring them to do more projects in the future. They were also reasonably priced, they were right in the middle of the estimates I got.

DO NOT use this service. I hired Andy OnCall to remount a blind in my bedroom. They damaged the blind and are refusing to pay for a replacement yet they state that they are bonded and insured. Are they really? John, the owner is very rude and has no concept of good customer service. In hindsight, it does not surprise me that this business has not received a recent positive review from any of the online platforms that they advertise their business.
Had a weird conversation with an Andy OnCall person. I was talking to him and explaining my issue. When my wife wanted to ask a question, I told him (Andy Oncall person) to pls hold while I converse with my wife. we got disconnected all of a sudden, and when I tried calling him back, it went straight to voice mail. It was really strange. I do not believe, just my humble opinion, that it was an accident. That is just my feeling.
Contractor came out on Saturday to give an estimate. I explained that I needed the work completed by Thursday. I accepted the estimate and contractor told me his truck would be in the shop on Monday, but he would get me on the schedule. Never heard from anyone Monday. Tuesday I called and the lady seemed surprised no one had contacted me yesterday, I was told I needed good weather for the job. I said fine the weather is good today. She said she would get back to me. She did phone me back to tell me that the contractors truck would be out of service all week and that they couldn't do the job until after the Memorial Day weekend. Now I am having guests all weekend with a porch that needs repair and no front step.... but they can do the work AFTER. I looked them up online (which I should have done first) and saw that this seems to be a pattern for this company. Trucks broken down and missed schedules. VERY unprofessional. I can't speak to the quality of their actual work. If they ever do come and do the job I will post a followup unless I can find someone to come out and start today!
