I visted Paul Miller Rolls-Royce/Bentley on December 26 2019. It was a great experience. The place was amazing. The staff was nice and was low pressure. This is a treat to have in Morris County.

This review does not deserve one star...my husband and I walked into the dealer and no one acknowledged us (one man spoke to us from afar but failed to come over and introduce himself or ask if we needed any assistance ). I'm assuming our race and the way my husband was dressed played a part. My husband had on his work uniform. Not every African-American man or woman should not have to be a ball player or entertainer to gain a salesperson's attention. Needless to say, I will never purchase any vehicle from a Paul Miller dealership nor will I recommend any of my friends or family. I suggest they provide inclusion and diversity training to their employees.

Second time around and second time scammed. First time a Bentley with a shifting problem; 3000 for everything but a fix. Moving the car from the shop for pickup obviously made it abundantly clear that the problem not fixed-an idiot could have seen that. Drove out with the same trouble drove in with. 1300 later, with gearbox actuator contacts cleaned up elsewhere, where people bothered to look; water damage from leaky cover gasket. Second time around, different Bentley, a 76,000 engine replacement the Paul Miller prescription the cure, when their own diagnosis pointed to a 10,000 head gasket replacement as the simple fix. No capability here, just a focus on vacuuming all the that they can. In the instance of the engine diagnosis, 3900 bill to the unsuspecting insurance company for a radiator not needed including a 2200 charge for a book 3.7 hr install, an oil change, and a half hour compression testing of two cylinders. An obvious head gasket fail, but no capacity or interest to fix. The cure? a prescription for that 76,000 engine. Customer service?? Taylor the poster child for a talking head. He'll do this and he'll do that, but nothing but a dud...Five calls not returned, but all smiles every time a second call from me. Unfortunately, nothing at all to recommend about Paul Miller Bentley, other than to stay as far, far away as you can!
