Great authentic Hot Pot. Pre the pandemic it was very difficult to get a seat, especially in weekends, but it's much easier now. My wife is Chinese and LOVES this place and most of the other guests are Chinese, which speaks to its authenticity. They use a computerized ordering system so service is extremely fast. It's not unusual at all to have plates start arriving at your table as you're still ordering.

Service is prompt. Just be aware you make your own food and will be charged if you waste a large amount. I think some people don't understand hot pot places give you raw ingredients and you make them at the table
I've been here a few times now and I absolutely love this place! They're super quick with getting your order out and everyone gets their own soup pot! They have a pretty good selection of food but my partner and I love the pork belly, pork and beef. You really can't go wrong, they have your standard ingredients for your sauce to make. The great thing about this place is their ice cream! They have the huge tubs in the freezer that you can scoop which is pretty rare from my experiences going out. Overall 10/10 recommend this place for Hotpot! I've been coming here and will continue coming here!
i’ve been here many times for dinner with friends/family and birthday celebrations. the staff are always accommodating and very quick. the hot pot is great, lots of vegetarian and seafood options. and of course, the ice cream at the end is great!
First time going and my experience was very pleasant. I left happy with a full belly. I would definitely return again!
Food was good but the bad service from "nana" outweighed it. It was me and my boyfriends first time there and at a Korean bbq so we were unfamiliar with the menu the server was bothered at my questions and sent someone else to continue serving us. When I asked our original waitress for the check she rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk away. I've never been at a restaurant where the person serving your food is rolling their eyes when asked for something. That made our first experience horrible and we will definitely not be back
Got in fast. Lunch order was simple. Love free refills. Fun to cook our own food. Food was great. Can't wait to go back again.
