I want to thank Paul and Allen for making this car buying experience the most smoothest of all. You guys were very accommodating in every way possible. This experience began with about 1.5 weeks of text messages and phone calls, they answered every question that i had, and refused to take any money until i saw the car and was happy with it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great deal but most of to anyone wanting a pleasant car buying experience. I bought a 2016 smart car in good condition for a great deal from these people and couldn't be happier. I am from NC and you can't find smart cars anywhere in the south so I bought this from Zoom to drive it back to NC and it drove the whole journey in one piece. The mechanic looked at it and confirmed it really was in great condition :) What I liked about zoom is that they really were haggle free service unlike other car dealers. Such a seemless car buying experience. I would buy from them again and will recommend them to my friends if they want to make a trip up to Jersey!

I have to be honest and say that I have only had the car for 2 days a 2016 Nissan Altima -S. The service That i received from Mr.Allen. And I said Mr. Allen was impeccable. As an African American Man in today's America. When i walked through ZOOM AUTO'S DOORS I felt like the most Important person in the world. This car could have been sold right after i inquired about it I begged him not to sell it , that I wanted it. He even showed me how many people on his computer wanted it, but since i was the first one to give my word that i wanted it And how much i needed a win in my life. He trusted me and saved the car for me. And man ohh man ! Am i glad he did. I was over joyed at how well the car performed , again i only have had it for 2 days , I'll Write another review after about a month, but i truly believe that,that review will be very much the same or even better. THANK YOU MR. ALLEN YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Blazing Spirit

I had an awful experience at Zoom. Not only were they almost 30 minutes late to open and gave a sarcastic response saying not to trust their schedules online but was met with very lack luster customer service and often disrespecting comments. I tried my best to have patience due to truly wishing to test drive one of their vehicles but the comments said by what I assume to be an employee who said my friend was giving off such a \bad vibe\ had made me want to leave before even attempting to drive the SUV. I would never ever recommend going to Zoom simply do to what may have been some of the worst customer service I had ever experienced.
