Normally they do well. I don't know what happened this time. They mishandled a thermal sensitive package and now I'm having to make sure the product is safe because they did not keep it at the right temperature or deliver it in the correct time frame. I'm changing it from a 1 star to three because this is the first time it's been like this. However, if the product is not safe then it will go back to one star.

In the process of trying to save fedex time in money I attempted to contact the driver and let him know that the address he is delivering to is a fedex location because fedex will not overnight to a house on Saturday. I was attempting to let fedex know that they are going to be driving right past my house but they do not answer their phone and if they do it's someone from Asia
