Where to start? Over-priced. Difficult to get a hold of. Won't give a costumer the time of day about their pictures that they paid 400 for NO prints. Just a disc with 74 pictures and to top it off, one of the pictures is uneven and cuts the face off of the child..and another with the background and no child. Horrible customer service. Ridiculous price. Spend your money somewhere where they will actually talk to you about the pictures you are concerned with and already paid for!
