A friend suggested I go to Aces for my shower faucet issue. The store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about my water issue. They didn't have the part but neither did any other store. Lol. Ace's employee did find the part online and offered assistance in helping place the order. I was very impressed.
The girls checking you out are nice but it's like pulling teeth to get someone to help in the aisles. If you find the right person they will show you what you need. I would highly recommend formal customer service training to make it a great store again.

Alotta friendly people that helped me find any item I had a problem locating in the store. Every year I get my tomato seedlings only from Ace Hardware, Simply a Hometown store that's always at its best! 5 Supplies every !!
