Internet completely goes out on a daily basis. First I was sent a router that was older than the one I already had and wasn’t even recognized by their automated troubleshooter. The second new router worked for about a month without dropping as long as you didn’t have more than 2 or 3 devices connected and now it’s back to resetting the router on a daily basis. When on an unlimited plan there is no question they control your data limits by slowing down your internet after you’ve used what they deem as too much.

Payments not accepted and bad office hours
Well I have only been home since for about 2 hours ...Sparklight was installed before I left for work this morning !! So far I’m thrilled just to know I’m able to use my cell phone in any room of my house I was unable to do that with my last provider and I have a program running I’m involved my phone and I’ve had no service interruptions with my last carrier my service start acting like it was going to go out so I used 1 thing that required internet service until I could switch to another carrier !! And I hope I have found one I can keep and continue to be satisfied with their service ....so thanks Sparklight
So far so good, the tech that came to install it was quick and friendly. The internet is reliable, the online interface is useful. I don't have any complaints yet.
We have gaming and streaming, when CableOne owned the company we never had problems. We could have five devices on using internet and no one had issues. Since Sparklight bought it, nothing but issues. Technicians have already been out but it didn't change a thing. We constantly lag when 2-3 devices are on, lag on gaming is a nightmare. What are you not doing that CableOne did to have great connectivity?
