If you’re on the fence about renting from them, JUST DO IT. Alan was extremely professional and on time for delivery and pick up (he cleaned the house very thoroughly upon pick up). We rented a bouncy house with a slide and it gave my 5 year old son and all his friends hours and hours of nonstop fun!! The bouncy house was secure, very clean, and vibrant. I honestly think that we can never have a birthday party without one of Party Heroes bouncy houses now - awesome experience!

My son had the best day of his life for his 3rd birthday with the fire truck. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We felt comfortable and they were very accommodating, helpful, and made it so fun. He got to use the fire hose and that completely made his day! The only issue will be figuring out a way to top this party in the future.
We just rented the firetruck for my son’s 3rd birthday party and he had a blast. He’s down for nap now telling himself a story all about getting to ride the firetruck. Allan was easy to communicate with by email before the party, arrived on time, brought his own safety cones for the perimeter around the truck, was so good with the kids, and shared with me about how he cleans the truck before and after parties to keep everyone safe. I would happily rent from his company again and highly recommend his services.
