Had a birthday party here. When you walk in all kids and adults have to take off there shoes, which would normally be fine. But the place was freezing cold. You walk into the "play" area, and all of the chairs are all beat up. 90% of the toys look like they were thrown out or yard sale specials. It seemed unorganized, the lady that was running the placed was all over the place. Came time to open presents, sat my son in a chair and was supposed to take pictures of him opening presents with the person who brought him the gift. 3 gifts in she dissapeared and didnt take any more pictures. And my opinion was extremely over priced.

Went to a birthday everything was dirty in the play place thing it was all wet. Not cool. Ceiling had several cracks and there was some noted water damage. The idea is great- just need updated and appropriate facility.
I called to rent 30 chairs for a children's birthday party. Everything was great until I told them I'd pick up the chairs. Then they said there was a 40 dollar delivery fee. I said I'm picking up. Then they told me I couldn't have the chairs because they didn't want to take them off the truck. My chairs would have been 18.00 plus tax since they couldn't charge me the additional 40, I couldnt have the chairs!!! Fine. You just won't make money from me for doing nothing but owning chairs you already paid for. Top line canopy got your business and they were way nicer!!!!
