Great place to grab a balloon bouquet, quick, friendly service! I also love their gag gifts such as disappearing ink and fake flies. Perfect gifts for little kids. They also have a great selection of seasonal decorating items
Exceptional service and quality! We rented tents, chairs and a sound system for our Ribbon Cutting event. PartyLand arrived on time. Set up went smoothly; they asked for final confirmation on tent location before driving the stakes. I was impressed with their friendly service and quality of equipment. VERY unhappy with my recent visit. I picked up some balloons late in the day for an early morning party. Less than 8 hours later half of them couldn't even float anymore. The rest sank soon after. Terrible quality helium.
Party land has been one of my favorite places to go for balloons... however the one in Springville is closing
very rude, called to get information and got hung up on several times by the girl at the store. could not even get her name. frustrating, hope they train their employees to service customers a bit better
Absolutely so rude. The employees had their masks down under their nose the entire time I looked around. As my boyfriend came in for two second without one to pick a balloon, they then snarled at him and disrespectfully asked him to pay for one.
