First time coming in with my husband, and was so pleased with the experience. Every room was booked tonight and I can see why! It's no-frills but they do a very nice job with atmosphere and quality for the price. My masseuse was intuitive, thorough and effective at reducing the tightness in my neck and shoulders during the session. Highly recommend this place, thank you for staying affordable while maintaining a high standard!

This is a terrible business. I have been coming here regularly for two years for acupuncture and lost count the number of visits (50 is an underestimate). Yet I am sad that I have to recommend anyone NOT coming here especially you need to file acupuncture insurance. A Beautiful Day Spa claims that it accepts and files acupuncture insurance for customers (still making this claim on their website). To be clear, this is nothing but a LIE. William, the business owner, repeatedly promise to do this yet repeatedly fails. With his promises though, I continued to pay no-insurance price and he said he will give reimburse my visits later after filing the insurance. In the last 1.5 years, I have tried to contact the business for over 20 times through various ways, including contacting William directly to resolve this. He would say yes and make a promise to do so right away, yet it took him half year to even start, and stopped after one try. Repeated subsequent contacts all turned out to be empty promises again and again and again. I agree with other reviews that the front desk staff and Dr. Shi are all good and capable people, and I want to thank them for everything in the last two years. It is the business owner William really make this a bad business. I am finally fed up by his empty promises and false business advertising.
