We had almost constant leakage in our basement, from all sides AND around the pillars. Now it's totally dry - the Affordable team fixed it! We received a packet in the mail with their official guarantee, all paperwork, pictures of the job, AND a nice thank-you note! I would hire them again if I had to do it all over!

They did a great job of waterproofing our basement. It was a lot of work and took a few days to complete, but the men were very courteous, hard working, and cleaned up afterwards. No complaints here!

Nice staff but nice did not correct problem. A man came out initially to diagnose the problem. Next two guys came out to do what he said would correct the problem. I was told I was given a sump pump, but the one I had worked fine. Problem was not corrected. As soon as the first hard rain the water came in as if nothing was done. Calls sent two separate times guys came out. Each had a different conclusion about water coming in. Last hard rain my basement received water as if nothing had been done. After approximately 3,000 paid I asked for help because problem not corrected. None given!! I have the problem I started with!

They did a great job repairing a crack in my basement wall. Ken, Kelly, Bill and his team all did a great job and communicated everything to me along the way. Bill and his team showed up on time and did great work and Bill even went out his way to fix some issues with my sump pumps. I couldn’t thank Affordable Basement Waterproofing enough for fixing my problem in my basement in quick turnaround. I would recommend there service to anyone needing work done.

I hired Affordable to install two egress wells for basement windows. They did an excellent job. They came when they said they would and it was a two day job. I was very pleased with their work when they finished and they left the area very neat. Better than it looked before they started. I would definitely hire them again. And they were both pleasant. I had the opportunity to have Vince and James do the work. Very hard workers with a smile and recommendations for parts I didn’t need but had purchased. Thank you Vincent and James!
