Friendly, Knowledgeable, Accommodating. I like all the bike shops in Pasadena that I've been to, but opted to buy a used bicycle at Around the Cycle. It was a good deal, and I've been really happy with the purchase. Got a tune-up today, and was reminded how great this place is!

This is the best freaking bike shop hands down. Came in for a tune up and of course got the best service ever. My man Sam was absolutely the best. I had 1000 questions and he had 1000 answers with the greatest attitude. My man hooked up my bike, installed a used computer and made all the adjustments on my specialized mtb! I am an extremely happy with my experience and will be coming here from now on and recommending this spot to all my friends who ride!

I ordered something from here, and I got it less than a week later, and I'm on the east coast. The item was packaged awesomely, and the only correspondence I had to have with anyone was to ask them where I could leave a review. Would do business with again.

Nothing but consistently great service at Around the Cycle. My partner made her first major bike purchase 1k here, and staff were super accommodating and helpful. I had a full drivetrain replacement on my own bike, bottom bracket, front chainrings, cassette, chain, just a few weeks before a major cycling trip and the service was outstanding and turnaround time fast. They offer some used parts when available and consignment sales. Great selection of bikes and brands as well, and lots of good deals. Highly, highly recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that were super helpful. Good deals on used gear and bikes. They helped me get fitted on a bike and out the door within 20 minutes.
