This was my go to location and the friendliest one around, I’d for sure come up here at least once a week if not more. The 3 stars is for getting an email from I’m assuming the head office which said all branch locations were now open, including those in grocery stores. Only to find out in person it was still closed. I get being safe during the pandemic, but I didn’t like the confusion of being told it was open.

Mon 26 March 2018 Opened account 28 Feb 2018 @ 6210 Fairmont Pkwy branch inside HEB. Later someone called cause P.O. sent back mail with debit card w bad address. I gave correct address. Didn't get card. Called 21 Mar, was told a card would be sent overnight FEDEX. When it wasn't, called today & spoke with Vanessa. When I asked why was told would be sent FEDEX she didn't know who told me that & said I would be charged 15. something for that. I wasn't told that before. I am going to the Fairmont branch & close account. Will not have anything to do with ACU again.

Been with this credit union for 20 yrs now and customer service sucks now. I'm currently sitting here on hold for 23 mins for someone to pick up and then send me to the HEB branch. I'm following up on a call I made to them earlier (3 hrs ago) and was told a mgr or herself would call me back in 5-10 mins.
