Tried to drop off an iPad two days in a row during business hours. Nobody in the shop. Called the cell phone number on the door, no response and no voicemail. Tried calling the number on Google, nobody picked up and it went to voicemail without identifying anybody- had no idea who I was calling. I see the reviews about people not getting responses from the business after they dropped off their items, and I think I just got a taste of that. Unfortunately, I cannot risk working with a business that just might not bother ever getting back to me.

Brought in my iPhone for a software issue and wasn’t sure what to expect. The owner was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He was very informative and communicated the problem to me in a very professional manner. After diagnosing the problem, my phone was done within 30 minutes. The website stated that most fixes take 30 min after a diagnosis is made. That was certainly the case with my repair and I would gladly return. I waited 3 weeks to write my review to make sure the repair was efficient and done properly, since the repair my phone now runs perfectly and I haven’t had a problem since. Highly recommend!
Derek (the owner) charged me 250 to fix my phone only for it to not work when I got it back. The phone would not take a charge and he stopped responding to my emails/calls/texts. I took the phone to another phone repair shop (Cell Phone Doctor) and discovered that he gave me a defective battery. I would never step foot into this establishment again.
I spoke to the contact who was really nice and had us come in immediately. The prices were definitely higher than expected but we needed the phone that day. We dropped it off at 10:40am and was told to give them about 2 hours. After 4 hours, we called and texted with no answers so we drove up to the store to check in. The phone had not been touch and we were told to come back in an hour and a half. After 2 more hours the phone was done. The phone worked and looked great. He said there is a lifetime warranty on the phone parts but then was talking about maybe merging with Boost so I'm worried how that will affect the warranty? We are happy with the phone but I hope in the future the customer service side gets better.
Derrick was kind, courteous and professional. He will get all of my business when I’m i need of cell or tablet repair. I feel a bigger chain would have ripped me off. Great small business located in our community.
